These terms and conditions apply to all work carried out by Lumbers Tree & Hedge Care. By accepting a quote or using our services, you agree to the following:

1. Quotations

• All quotes are free and provided in writing or email.
• Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
• All prices include labour, equipment, waste removal, and insurance unless otherwise stated.

2. Scheduling & Access

• We will agree a date and time for your work. Times may be subject to change due to weather or emergencies.
• The customer must ensure we have full access to the site on the agreed date.

3. Health & Safety

• Our team follows all relevant safety standards, including use of protective equipment and risk assessments.
• Customers should keep pets, children, and others clear of the work area during operations.

4. Waste Removal

• All tree and hedge waste is removed and disposed of responsibly unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Payment Terms

• Payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed.
• We accept cash, BACS, or invoice payment for approved commercial clients.

6. Cancellations

• If you need to cancel, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
• Late cancellations may be subject to a call-out charge.

7. Insurance

We carry full public liability insurance up to £10 million. Copies available on request.
